Bente Mulan Nanayakkara

Opleiding
Bente heeft in 2020 haar bachelor in performing arts behaald aan het Lucia Marthas Institute for Performing Arts.  

Theater/televisie/film
In 2021 vertolkte ze de rol van Thea in de musical Spring Awakening (OpusOne). Hierna was zij te zien in het ensemble en meermaals per week als Prinses Jasmine in Disney’s Aladdin (Stage Entertainment). Vervolgens heeft ze getourd door Duitsland, Zwitserland en Oostenrijk als Elisabeth/lead singer in Dirty Dancing das Musical (Mehr-BB Entertainment). Waarna ze terugkeerde naar Nederland als swing en cover Amneris in Disney’s AIDA (Stage Entertainment). 
Als kind maakte zij deel uit van het ensemble in de musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Stage Entertainment). 

Overig 
Ook is zij model en stemactrice, o.a. te horen als de Nederlandse stem van Asha in de trailers van de Disney-film WISH, Prinses Yue in Avatar the Last Airbender (2024, Netflix), Brulbeest in Dee & Friends in Oz (Netflix) en als Lottie Bel in Wonka (Warner Bros).
