Group CRO Specialist here is where your challenge starts:

As the Group CRO Specialist, you will work in an international, agile and exciting environment that is driving to bring the best-in-class customer- and digital experiences for musical visitors. You will join a growing and evolving eCommerce team, where you will work in close collaboration with the Group CRO Lead alongside eCommerce experts and local multi-disciplinary teams. You are the ideal candidate if you bring relevant experience alongside passion for optimizing the eCommerce experience. 
 

Specific responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Group CRO Lead to further develop the website’s experimentation program.
  • Design, run, and analyse a multitude of experiments to optimize website KPIs across markets.
  • Support local CRO specialists in implementing and evaluating tests, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate on the setup of larger test initiatives at the CXO-level, partnering up on prototyping and technology selection.
  • Gather and document best practices from experimentation efforts to develop a centralized knowledge base.
  • Utilize quantitative (e.g. BigQuery and GA) and qualitative data (e.g. Hotjar) to analyze and derive actionable insights in close collaboration with the Website Analyst and UX Specialist.
  • Prepare detailed reporting on experimentation program metrics and business KPIs, including test velocity and conclusive rates.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization, advocating the experimentation mindset and data-informed decision-making.
  • Experiment with new methodologies and technologies to drive innovation and improve the CRO processes.


Qualifications and experience:

  • Advanced degree or course in Marketing, Data Science, or a related field is desirable.
  • Experience in a similar role within a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in collaborating in experimentation programs and optimizing website KPIs (e.g. conversion rates, click through rates, CX).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Optimizely or other A/B testing tools.
  • Proficiency in BigQuery (SQL) and Google Analytics (GA) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of Hotjar for user behavior analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
